No refunds and no exceptions will be available. All sales are final.
Once an order is placed, no changes can be made.
If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact customer service immediately at info@bestbeautycosmetics.ca
If items are unable to be delivered to you by the courier or postal services, the order will be held for a defined period of time for you to collect. This time period varies per company. If uncollected items exceed this time period, they will be returned to us as the sender. All items will automatically be refunded and returned to stock. You will be notified through email of the refund once processed.
